Winter Trees at Emsworthy

We had a fine morning and I went up to Emsworthy. As I passed the crowded car parks at Haytor I remembered it was half term so I visualised an empty space at the second Saddletor car park. Sure enough, there was just one space that someone had just vacated, perfect for me to slot into.

A chilly wind was  blowing as I pulled my wellies on. It's quite boggy as you walk away from the car park and you're edging into Emsworthy mire as you get down to the barn. The sky was very dark looking to the North and you can see that and a few others in the pics I've added to my Emsworthy album if you'd like to see them.

My main blip is looking southerly with the sun shining through those lovely winter trees.
