Above And Beyond...

On The Up!

About 2.30pm today, an earthquake which shook parts of the UK was the biggest for a decade, experts said. The British Geological Survey  said the epicentre was 12 miles north of Swansea, with a 4.4 magnitude at a depth of 4.6m.  It was felt over most of South Wales.

Being away for the past five weeks its been quite a while since I attended a Cardiff City FC home match, and today they played Middlesborough at 3pm. The blipfoto shows the only goal of the game scored after 33 minutes.  Shaun Morrison rose up to head home a free kick to give Cardiff a 1-0 win, which sent them up the league to 2nd position in the Football Championship after Villa lost.

No great shakes to Cardiff fans as we knew they'd be challenging for promotion. My bet is looking good!
