On a not so good training run...

Hi.

Sometimes things don't go according to plan. This is me contemplating my options and feeling sorry for myself during training today.
I decided to carry on but later had to call for backup. This is the first time in a long time I haven't reached the distance goal set.
It was a fortune B was quick to come to my aid <3

The rest of the day has been nice with good company, good food, and taking care of myself.
