No, the Earth didn't move

EARTHQUAKE!!! 4.4 on the Richter Scale! Practically in my own backyard!

And I missed it!!! Gutted!  How could I have missed an earthquake of that size?

In fact, this blip must have been taken on or around the time of the earthquake, at 2:30pm.
