Pond life

A dull grey day but much achieved. Some serious brambling down by the stream, accompanied by the robin - nice to discover some minature daffs I'd forgotten were down there, competing with the ivy.

And an entry for Markus's latest challenge - shadow and light. Not much light today but the gigantic flax down by the pond was casting some strong shadows.
