Pieces of silver

Today’s Lenten reflection at the start of the service at Highfield was led by Eileen who invited us to take a piece of silver to carry on our journey through Lent with Jesus. The challenge is to hold it and reflect on what is truely of value in our lives that is worth the cost of laying down our lives.
A bag of 30 pieces of silver was placed on the cross.
