Shoots...

.. I missed a day of observations from my usual spot.
(I have been likened to Sheldon from 'Big Bang Theory' before, only by people who don't really know me obvs, so am quite broad-shouldered regarding jokes alluding to my regular 'spot').

We were away for a night, celebrating a birthday event (not mine).
Back in the garden today it's astonishing to see how the buds are shooting.

There is lots of birdsong and much activity in the feathered department.

Soon the warmer weather perhaps?
