Charlotte Square

Trip into the city late afternoon to break up with my optician of 20 years (rates & service issues sadly).

Walked by Charlotte Square - home of the wonderful Edinburgh Book Festival in August: tents, boards, 1000s of footsteps - so good to see the grass recover and the crocus appearing.

Resilience of nature. Go little plants ... the festival build starts in just over 5 months!
