Cooking with dill

I do a lot of cooking on weekends. It gives my mom a break, and I end up preparing something she enjoys. Today I made potatoes with dill. It was...okay. It tasted real dilly. I think I'll stick to coriander and mint for now. It looked pretty, but I could not get past the faint toothpaste aroma.
