Flower Observation Task

Every afternoon the trainee teachers who aren't teaching that day observe their colleagues teaching up the back of the class wth us. We give them different observation tasks throughout the month, which helps them focus on the relevant aspects of teaching and guides them to give peer feedback and they also comment on peers' lesson in their last written assignment. We're now onto the last 60' lessons and their task is to jointly decorate this flower to show the things which that teacher has blossomed in and things they still need to keep working on after the course. This group has taken this to a new level by creating gap fill tasks for the teaching teacher to complete! I loved the idea and so did the teacher!
