Early evening...

After a visit to The Camera Exchange on the Strand and a quick walk around Covent Garden....always lovely....we walked across Hungerford Bridge to Southbank. So quiet today! Maybe because it was still relatively early and folk were in work or because of the cold. My photo looks across the river and The Millenium Bridge at dusk..now around 5pm.

We ate in Pizza Express, upstairs and by a window, so great views of buildings and the busy river.

Home via Blackfriars Station; an amazing piece of engineering and architecture almost matching London Bridge and soon, Victoria. Really grateful to have a warm home waiting for us....where I promptly fell asleep on the sofa and completely forgot to blip. So this is done first thing on Thursday....
