Snowdrops in the churchyard

I received an email from my Australian sister who I rarely see saying she would be coming on a course to Edinburgh in May.  I spent the morning researching possible ways of getting up there on the particular dates when I might be France.  It seems anyway that it should be possible in which case I will stay two or three days to revisit the city.  I also emptied a lot more of the compost heap and spread the contents on our already rich black silt Lincolnshire soil.
