So another year older, discerniblely no wiser.

With only a day between us Team IttH have a relatively slack attitude to celebrating, any one of the three days will do, or preferably all three.

I was up and out very early to start the day with a neck massage, so as I was out, relaxed and invigorated I caught the best of the day and had a wander at Brotherswater.

This evening was CFR training and we got to work with a real ambulance, great learning and lots of fun. And a certain birthday boy got to set off the blue lights.
