Cold .....

Continue to have a snuffly nose, even had a hot water bottle last night for my ice blocked feet.

Visit first thing then into the office. Feel like my head doesn’t belong to me - difficult to talk with such a blocked nose - keep thinking of the advert for vicks sinex.

Had a call from hubby as the hospital had rang about AJ - just trying to finalise her discharge (mainly around funding the increased care), resulted in a number of phone calls, hopefully sorted now.

Contacted my sister - she had not heard from the hospital initially, but still in so much pain, they then agreed to an urgent appointment, so back up to the hospital. They have admitted her for surgery, hopefully today.

Back home (working from home this afternoon) to continue with work.

Spent the evening sleeping on and off .....
