Totally Tubular

Unfilled cannoli tubes waiting for the custard filling to cool. The jury is out as to whether it’s not best to let Brunetti make your cannoli for you. It’s not hard, but it’s a little long and fiddly. I’m pretty glad my 6 cannoli tubes cost only 50 cents each at the op shop, because I certainly can’t see myself wanting to make these every day. Taste test tomorrow.
