Between Showers

Here's Monte (Nossa Senhora do Monte),  the parish church in the civil parish of Monte, framed by branches in the Santa Catarina Park in Funchal. As you can see, it's been pretty cloudy today. But rainy days here aren't like UK rainy days - there are usually sunny intervals, however brief. Still can't get over what an excellent 'zoom' there is on my Lumix camera!
