Artists unite

These were the wonderful pieces of work created by members and supporters of Razed Roof, an inclusive theatre group for people with learning difficulties based in Harlow. They came to our studio at Gravelly Barn to paint for our 12-inch canvas exhibition in May. For inspiration they used images of trisomy 21, a genetic chromosome disorder associated with Down syndrome. It is typically associated with physical growth delays, characteristic facial features and mild to moderate intellectual disability. All were so enthusiastic and a joy to work with.
