Glorious Sunday

Two temperatures today: gorgeous and arctic.

With the mutt away at her country retreat we swapped the dog walk for brunch in the sunshine. With heaters.

The rest of the day was perfectly normal until I tried out a new class at the gym that was bonkers even by the standards of things I’ve tried. Let’s just say the pseudo science to Pilates ratio was entirely as advertised and I wouldn’t have been surprised to see Gwyneth walk in.

Still, good to start the week with aligned chakras, eh?
