Woodland walk

Doctors this morning. Back to work next week. Scary thought but need to go back for more than one reason.

On way back past some woods that form part of the local army training area and thought I would take a short walk and see if I could find something other than a flower to blip. Not sure I did but am adding this and an extra that I quite like.  Comments if anyone would care to make them between / about the two would be welcome.

I struggle with seeing a good photo but I enjoy the walk and the time taken on post processing.  Both acts have always been a good distraction for me from my woes.

I have added a touch of split toning to both to try and add a bit more depth. Don't know if it worked or not?
