Silloth lighthouse

Ros had an emergency dental appointment in Silloth this afternoon...

Tooth out! Ouch!!!

Meanwhile, Chloe and I went for a walk along the seafront as far as East Cote lighthouse...

It was originally built in 1864 as a moveable lighthouse, with a cabin underneath for the lighthouse keeper.

It was taken out of service in 1959, and rebuilt in 1997.

Ros is putting her feet up for the rest of the evening...

( Quite a nice day...no snow )
