The Iron Man

Inspired by the book of the same name written by local boy made good - Ted Hughes. "Reckoned one of the greatest of modern fairy tales" - Observer.

It was created by pupils from six local Primary Schools (with some help from the artist) in 2008 to celebrate the Ted Hughes Festival in Mytholmroyd.
It now resides inside Todmorden Library.
