Cold Little Heart

Gosh it was cold today, And the wind was ferocious. Difficult to find the words to describe it. So was very happy to have my gym membership to run an easy 10k inside.
Léo had an appointment withe the oesteopath today who alligned him a little - common problems with collies who are so long apparently  and told Liz he was a little lacking in muscles - needs some more protein, difficult when he has this meat allergy.
