MonkNash Cliff Walk

The blipfoto is taken of the Plough & Harrow Pub, Monknash, Vale of Glamorgan, (Wales, UK) which was the start of our clifftop walk. A mile or so to the beach and then along the cliff to Monknash Point and return.

The extra is of our Croc-Pot slow cooker which I started at 9am this morning to provide us with a hot chicken stew......10 hours cooking!  We've had it many years, a present from the son, and it's a well used kitchen item.
