Writing Table

Thanks to KangaZu for hosting today’s monmonday challenge ‘on the table’.
 
This is my writing corner, a card table tucked into the corner of the sitting room, which catches the sun.
It has my trusty laptop, a pile of books and Taz who sneaks up when I am not looking because its (a) warm  sunny corner and (b) he can watch the birds.
 
News of the day. I have been asked if I will take pat in a TV documentary on TB tracing the history of streptomycin. Angela Rippon, who  had TB as a child, will host it.
 
Not sure what this will entail. Anyway I have said yes.
