This is a memorial to those Republicans who died in the Spanish Civil War and is at a place known as Los Cuatro Caminos on the road between La Fatarella, our village, and Gandesa. It stands at a crossroads and the surrounding areas saw fierce fighting during the Battle of the Ebro.
