Oddity in London

Once celebrated as a curious oddity, the number of ring-necked parakeets in the UK is now estimated to be in excess of 30,000.

This one was snapped in Central London today. Nobody batted an eyelid at its prescence yet everyone was getting so excited about a few flakes of snow.
