Who needs Iceland?

We went for a walk on part of the Fife Coastal Path today with friends. We walked from Crail to just beyond Kingsbarns. It was a crisp winter’s day with grand views and a lively wind from the east giving good waves and a frothy sea. The blip is just west of Fife Ness and is a bit like shots you see of Icelandic beaches with bits of ice on them. In Scotland’s case it’s foam caused by the waves on the nearby rocks. The extra is of foam engulfing a rock on the beach.
