Gathering flowers

After church today we were invited to take home some of the flowers from the anniversary celebration. R embraced the opportunity.

It was a glorious October day, but unfortunately I was in a lot of pain by the time we left church and immediately retreated into a dark closet with an ice pak and a zolmitriptan tablet until the worst was past. So no wonderful fall foliage was captured by me.
