Paseo de los Tristes

Tampere Railway Station is an important achievement of Finnish functionalism. The station has been designed by Eero Seppälä and Otto Flodin, and it has been completed in 1936. It is airy, well-lit building, that has clean lines.

Emma traveled to Helsinki by train with her friends Aino ja Anna, they left in the morning and returned in the evening. I walked through the station building and noticed the beautiful shadow on the wall when walked from the office to the city centre. I went Art Centre Mältinranta to see Minna Parkkinen's exhibition Paseo de los Tristes. A detail of her installation as an extra.
