Bent but not broken....

...refers to my cotoneaster outside this window, battered and bent by repeated snowfalls, but also me after 14 hours solid of emergency planning teleconferences, facility closures, staff welfare concerns and interviews- thank gawd for Skype and a reliable online connection! (clearly not BT!)
