Not going out

I am not going anywhere today. Except I had to drive into Caldbeck to pick up a prescription from the surgery for an elderly lady.  Just round the bend (where I would have blipped but there was nowhere to put the car) the drifts stretch all the way across the road, with just two deep ruts to drive along for a few hundred yards.  Which is do-able until you meet a second idiot coming in the opposite direction, which I did twice and had to reverse.
