Taksim square mosque

This is the construction of the Taksim mosque. This is a signature of the government. Ability to show they have power to change the system in the center of Istanbul because it was not allowed the change the silhouette of the square for so long. Anyway, it has not attracted so much attention and did not cause reaction as it was expected. This reaction would have been another distraction and division in the society. Luckily it did not happen.
