Snow, Freezing, Cyclist, Shorts..... Yes, Shorts!!

Our office was closed due to the heavy snowfall so me and Mrs K took a walk with Millie pups for me to pop in and collect my laptop. What a surprise to see this brave foolhardy cyclist moseying on by in shorts!
