She was loving the snow!

Walked up out of the village after lunch as heard the roads down to the Barringtons and up to Upper Rissington were blocked with snow drifts up to hedge height. Was most weird with huge volumes of snow on the roads and none in the fields!

Met someone who was going to attempt to dig his car out on the Barrington road - he was in a 4x4 and only a mile or so from the village and realised he wasn't going to get through the drifts - but by the time he turned around he couldn't go back either and so spent the night in the car!

Amazing to see the road to Upper Rissington completely blocked! (first in extras) - Brodie was out with her owners who tried to see how far they could get - walking was impossible apparently and so they crawled!

And it's being snowing even harder since we got back! Going to go back tomorrow with a longer lens and try and get some better shots of the road to Upper Rissington - not sure that's a sight we'll see again for a very long time!

Believe the other road out of the village down Bourton is meant to be better but we have food (and wine!) so we're not going anywhere fast!
