Not a cute garden bird .....

.... rather a big, greedy Jackdaw! This was the only bird I spotted on the fat ball feeder today. 
My wee robin came to visit but he spent most of his time on the ground pecking up the seeds that I had scattered for him. He was right under the kitchen window so a photograph wasn't possible .... today!

I spent most of the day shovelling snow from the slabs in the back garden so that I could get from the back door to the bins .... big tick!
It has been dull and bitterly cold so instead of having a walk I cleared out some kitchen cupboards ..... even bigger tick!
