Ironwork Sunflower with Wild Coffee Florida Native

This is a wonderful ironwork sunflower created by an unknown artist nestled next to wonderfully glossy wild coffee native planting. This shade loving plant is getting just the right light under the towering bischovia and thrives and is a wonderful wildlife attractor. It creates a natural screening of the roadway and is always enjoyed as people come up the driveway to our home. I am a Florida Friendly plant person and use natives often as they take less water than most other plants in the landscape. This is a definite example of right plant, right place, which is one of the Florida Friendly guidelines.
