The Fieldfares have moved in with us now

After seeing everyone else photographs of Fieldfares in gardens I wondered why they'd abandoned us.  Well today two of them arrived just in time to colonise new apples. This one, which was the more aggressive of the two, spent more time patrolling two different apples than it did eating.  We've also had at least one Song Thrush and eight Blackbirds.  So quite a thrush paradise for them.  Not so for us, it's warmer, the snow is melting and we've had this awful grey mist hanging over us all day.  Some light rain too.  I've been trying to do a bit more to my Iceland photobook and exploring Open Street Map so I can include a map and a page of text in the back of the book.
