The... er... suvivors?

The thaw has begun... rain and flooding.
These are the remains of the crocus ... seems there will be a few more to appear so perhaps they will last a little longer.

There are a lot of snowdrifts.. some around 2-3 feet deep in the fields where l walk and lots of deer tracks and pheasant footprints which Flossie was super interested in. There was also a lot of wind blown soil making the drifts brown.. quite surprising to see.
