bridge 51 & the frozen canal

on Thursday 1 March (the first day of Spring) we were given a 'red' weather warning, that suggested "risk to life" ~ today, in my little part of the UK, I captured Bridge 51 over the (still) frozen Brecon & Monmouth Canal (just five minutes walk from my front door) just as the thaw begins ...
... I know that what we've experienced is nothing compared to the Alps or Canada, but it was a big deal here as it happens so rarely ...
