on Warren Strand

I went out this morning for a bracing walk at low tide on the beach. It was really nice to get out after being ill and the the snow siege. At home the snow has more or less gone, but there was much more still lying on the fields as I got nearer Rosscarbery. 

Then we both went for a Sunday roast in a bar in town and then came home for a very relaxed afternoon watching movies .
