A fascinating morning at our favourite hills vineyard Myattsfield with a behind the scenes look as vintage is happening.
The grapes are picked by hand and we sipped and slurped through the initial stages from the first press juices through fermentation and clarification.
By all accounts it's going to be  a fine year.
