Candles

In the village today I spotted some decorated Easter candles in a supermarket. Afterwards I found a heavily marked front door lintel. I was surprised to see so few, normally every front door has several sooty crosses so I guess a lot of people have had their houses painted since last Easter. I went a different route from usual which will explain why there were any surprises to be found.
