Lawn Fungi

Warm weathers combined with rain produces these teeny wee fungi on our lawn.  Its rained all day, so I donned Doug's delightful yellow wet weather gear and lay down on the very wet ground and clicked off a few.  Most were total crap, but I liked this one.
The rim design reminded me of blanket stitch around a blanket.

I'm hosting book club here on Thursday night so have had to set to and read my book.  Not finished yet, but I'll get it done.
I'm really engrossed in this read....called The Spark - a mothers story of nurturing, genius and autism. True story written by Kristine Barnett.
