Rapid snow melt causing flooding. My neighbours look happy about it only because they managed to locate the culvert cover under water and clear the leaves blocking the burn before the rising waters breeched their wall.

The burn has burst it's banks further down and the road is flooded for several hundred yards. Better get the wellies out the garage.
