Apothecary7's day off.

Mid Morning we went the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. There were lots of seals out on the rocks at Kiel.

At Carskey we walked along towards the far end and back. One seal was swimming along just offshore. There were Oystercatchers and Ringed Plovers on the sand. There wasn't a soul to be seen so Fergus got off his lead and had a good run. He went very far away on his own and of course did his trademark disappearance into the dunes. After a minute or two he reappeared and came running back towards us.

Later Apothecary7 was painting.
