Grrrrrrr

I get one problem sorted (boiler now fixed, touch wood) and another one lands!
Little miss bossy is off on her school ski trip to the South Tirol on Saturday, she has to come back earlier due to theatre commitments and we had an email today saying that due to the death of the boss of the coach company they’re cancelling all transfers ...and of course there’s no-one answering the phone.
