Army manouevers in Seoul

Snapped this from the shuttle bus on the way to the hotel from the airport.

Occurred to me it might be a result of the recent saber-rattling after South Korean activists floated balloons carrying tens of thousands of anti-Pyongyang leaflets into North Korea!

Hope I haven't picked the wrong time to come here.
