A Pied Wagtail today!

For anyone interested in my shot on Saturday There is some good news. Another photographer spotted the same thing when uploading her photo. She got back before me and phoned the coastguard who came and rescued the bird. There are some photos of the rescue on the coastguard's facebook page here
