Between fen and mountains

Baking day

The dough is rising ready to put in the bannetons for the second proving. Sourdough bread making is a bit of a long winded process but well worth it.  It may take 24 hours but less than an hour actually hands on.  Other than this, I collected a prescription while out on my walking circuit and upgraded my mobile phone contract - nothing very exciting!  Tonight there is an away badminton match and a home match tomorrow.
