Clivia Miniata

Our friend loaned us both amazing volumes on Conifers. He showed us clivia plants he started from seed at 6 months, 14 months, and 2.5 years, from which we’ll get a plant in the future. Check out info, especially the gallery here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clivia_miniata

Standing behind them is our 6’8” gentle giant who can grow just about anything (and has). Outside our home we are surrounded by beds he dug with my husband, and plants he has grown for us through the years, at least the ones I haven’t killed.
